For the sake of your satisfaction, the damaged products will be returned or compensated  including shipping. 

Q: Is there a return fee?

A: when returning a product in its original condition (not damaged), the return fee will be paid by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

It will be deducted from the returned product’s price. In returning a damaged product, JUST $ RICHH will pay all fees.

Q: How can I cancel the request ?

We are fully aware that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering , you only need to contact our customer service to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reasonable limits to cancel it, provided that it has not already been implemented your request.

If this happens, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In all cases, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to help you.

Q: How long is it permissible to return the damaged product?

A: You can return the damaged product within 7 days of the purchase.

Q: How long does the returning process take for the damaged product?

A: In JUST $ RICHH we work hard to satisfy you, it may take 10,15 work days for the returning process.

Q: In the returning process, how do I refund the amount you paid?

A: The amount will be refunded after we receive the damaged product and confirm its condition, then the amount will be refunded according to the method of payment.

If the payment is by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the wallet or to the bank account.
