If we detect an error in the price of a product listed in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to accept or execute an order for an advertised product at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel this order that has already been accepted or is on its way to you. If you order a product with a wrong price, we will send an email to you or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your request and / or your order has been canceled. In case you have already paid for the product (s), we will refund the full amount as soon as we can. 3. Cancellation
We are fully aware that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind within 1 day of ordering , you only need to contact our customer service care@justrichh.com to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reasonable limits to cancel it, provided that it has not already been implemented your request.
If this happens, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In all cases, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to help you.
Offers and Discount Coupons:
You use Credit card discount, Apple Pay discount and adding discount coupon as an additional discount, it will apply on offers and discounted products.
But you cannot use any other discounts, including Any discount coupons, and Qitaf Tamayouz discount, they will not be applied on offers and discounted products.
If you use Reward Points in Qitaf you cannot apply credit card discount, Apple Pay discount, or coupons.
Wallet Balance
– It refers to the amount of money that belongs to the customer, in which it can be used all in future payments.
– In case of receiving a damaged/missing item in your order, the compensation will be transferred to the customer’s wallet balance after contacting our customer service team.
– The customers can also add to their wallet balance from gift vouchers that come with JUST $ RICHH offers.
– Compensation and gift vouchers are not limited with a specific period, while the balance from JUST $ RICHH offers is limited.
– In Check out, the system will automatically deduct from your wallet balance after any order. If the wallet balance is not sufficient, the customer can pay the rest of the total using any payment method (either: visa, Apple Pay, Cash on delivery or tamara).
Ticket System
As we would like to satisfy the customer and strengthen our ways to communicate in the right way, we launched the Ticket System that allows the customer to send a ticket from the order if the customer wants to contact JUST $ RICHH customer service team.
The contact with the customer will be in 24 hours.
The customer cannot send more than one ticket if there is already an open ticket in the same order.
The customers must choose the right issue title, write details, explain the reason for contacting us and attach images if they have, to make it easier for the customer service to solve the problem directly.
The customer will be notified if there is any update from JUST $ RICHH customer service team by email.
The ticket will be close after solving the problem, and the customer will be notified when it is closed.
The ticket will close automatically if there is no response from the customer within 72 hours.
Miscellaneous Provisions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Any amendments to these terms and conditions shall apply as soon as they had posted on our Website. Your continued use of the Website (or any of our websites) following such change means your consent to be bound by the modified terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and see them again and again. If you do not agree to any change in the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

The customers have the right to delete or suspend their account in JUST $ RICHH at any time. You can delete your account in JUST $ RICHH if there is no linked data between JUST $ RICHH and you as previous orders.
If there is linked data, you can suspend your account in JUST $ RICHH.
You can Delete Account via application by clicking My Account > Personal Profile > Delete Account.
